Coal stockpile graveyard keeper

Removed my timber stockpile to relocate it, realised after removing it that it costs wooden beams. Without a timer stockpile I am unable to create wooden beams hence ruining my entire playthrough forcing me to start again. Not sure if this is a bug* or if im just missing something.
